Urban Brothers Appliance Repair – Repair Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage
Urban Brothers Appliance Repair provides a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for repairs performed by our technicians.
This warranty applies only to the specific part that was replaced and the labor associated with that repair.
2. What the Warranty Covers
If the same part that was replaced fails within 90 days, Urban Brothers Appliance Repair will return to inspect and address the issue related to that specific repair.
Warranty service will include the repair or replacement of the original part installed, if the failure is determined to be related to the original repair.
3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Failure of different components within the appliance
- New or unrelated appliance problems that occur after the repair
- Electrical supply issues, outlet issues, or breaker problems
- Plumbing, gas supply, or ventilation issues outside the appliance
- Improper installation or previous improper installation of the appliance

- Clogged dryer vents or restricted airflow
- Damage caused by misuse, overloading, or improper operation
- Damage caused by pests, rodents, insects, or foreign objects
- Power surges, electrical fluctuations, or storm-related damage
- Appliances that have been serviced by another technician after our repair
- Appliances that have been moved or relocated after the repair
Appliances contain many independent components. Repairing one component does not guarantee the condition or lifespan of other parts within the appliance.
4. Independent Component Failure
Appliances contain multiple mechanical and electrical systems. If another component fails after a repair, it is considered a separate issue and is not covered under the original repair warranty.
A new diagnostic may be required to determine the cause of any new symptoms.
5. Return Visit Policy
If a customer requests a return visit to verify a completed repair and the repair is found to be working correctly, a standard service call fee may apply.
Warranty visits apply only to the specific part that was repaired or replaced.
6. Used Appliance Sales Warranty (If Applicable)
Urban Brothers Appliance Repair may offer pre-owned appliances for sale.
Used appliances sold by Urban Brothers include a 90-day warranty covering parts and labor, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Used appliances may show cosmetic wear and are sold in good working condition.
7. Service Area Requirement
Warranty service is provided only within Urban Brothers Appliance Repair’s service area. Appliances moved outside of the service area may void warranty coverage.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining their appliances in proper operating condition, including:
- Keeping dryer vents clean
- Ensuring proper electrical supply
- Operating appliances according to manufacturer instructions
Failure to maintain the appliance properly may void warranty coverage.
9. Warranty Limitations
Urban Brothers Appliance Repair’s warranty is limited strictly to the repair performed.
Urban Brothers Appliance Repair is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, food loss, laundry damage, or other secondary losses related to appliance failure.
10. Warranty Claims
To request warranty service, customers must contact Urban Brothers Appliance Repair and provide:
- Name used when scheduling service
- Service address
- Appliance type and repair performed
- Description of the issue
Warranty service will be scheduled based on technician availability.
