1. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments with Urban Brothers Appliance Repair are scheduled within a designated arrival window. Technicians will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time frame.
Due to traffic, job complexity, and unforeseen circumstances, arrival times may occasionally vary.
2. Customer Availability
Customers or an authorized adult must be present at the service location during the scheduled appointment window.
If no one is available at the location when the technician arrives, the appointment will be considered a missed appointment.
3. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time prior to the technician’s arrival.
We respectfully request that customers provide at least 2 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
4. Missed Appointment Fee
If the technician arrives at the property and:
- No one is present
- Access to the appliance cannot be provided
- The appointment was not canceled in advance
Urban Brothers Appliance Repair may charge a service call or missed appointment fee.
5. Late Arrivals
If the customer arrives late or is unable to provide access during the scheduled window, the technician may need to reschedule the appointment depending on the day’s schedule.
6. Appliance Accessibility
Customers must ensure the appliance is accessible for service before the technician arrives.
This includes:
- Clearing items from around the appliance
- Providing access to water, gas, or electrical connections if required
- Ensuring pets are secured
If the appliance cannot be safely accessed, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and a service fee may apply.
7. Service Area Limitations
Appointments are available only within Urban Brothers Appliance Repair’s service area. Appointments scheduled outside of the service area may be declined or rescheduled.
8. Agreement to Policy
By scheduling service with Urban Brothers Appliance Repair, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Appointment & Cancellation Policy.
